The last workshopday

Today was the fourth and last workshopday this week. We trained 42 teachers how to set up a library in the school and about readingpromotion. It was lovely to work together with these teachers.

The next second workshopdays

 

Today we had the second training for 22 teachers about how to set up a library in the school and readingpromotion. In the afternoon I said goodbye to the Lions Francis Jarvis Tachi and Daniël Asafra Tibu from the Accra Diamond Lionsclub. They are going back to Accra.

In the morning

This morning we visit the chief. After that we visit the director of Ghana Education Service Bolgatanga Municipal. After that we visit three schools. These schools are 3 of the 20 schools who get a library with books and bookshelves from the LCIF project.

Today The Lions Daniël Asafra Tibu and Francis Jarvis Tachi have made some bookshelves for the schools. Tomorrow they will give an instruction to the teachers from the 20 schools how to make the bookshelves.
